I’m a law librarian and once-upon-a-time research lawyer. Occasionally I cobble together posts and articles on whatever strikes me – usually information studies, higher education, legal research, Can lit and news junkie stuff.
I also write book reviews. My reviews of legal texts regularly appear in Canadian Law Library Review, published by the Canadian Association of Law Libraries. I’ve reviewed children’s and other books, mostly non-fiction, for the online book review journal New York Journal of Books. When I get to it I put them up on this site too.
During the campaign for the 41st Canadian federal election, I volunteered as a Citizen Blogger for CBC News Canada Votes 2011 Your Take, for the British Columbia region.
